1.0 Products

Many of our products are handmade with artisanal techniques and may have irregularities or imperfections that give the item its uniqueness, therefore these imperfections cannot be described as 'defects'.

Reclaimed wood products may have cracking, knots or spilts that are characteristics of the collection and are typical of the material used.

2.0 Delivery Times

Most Luxe Lodge products are in stock and can be shipped within 3-4 business days. It is the responsibility of whoever receives the package to check the integrity of the products at the time of receipt. If a product is not available at the time of the order, the company can agree with the customer whether to proceed with the shipment of the available products, reimburse the amount of the missing product or wait for the complete availability of all the requested products.

Specific collections of furniture that are bespoke/made to measure using old/reclaimed wood has different production times that can vary from two to four weeks depending on the product.

3.0 Delivery

The products will be delivered by courier to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order and will be shipped no later than within 3-4 working days from the order date (excluding made to measure products - see point 2).

The transport costs for Italy:

7 Euros for orders with a value between 1 and 50 Euros
5 Euros for orders with a value between 50 and 100 Euros
Free for orders over 100 Euros

Transport costs relating to deliveries outside of Italy are displayed in the cart page prior to checkout

4.0 Returns, delays or replacements

It is possible to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In case of need to replace or return the goods, it is necessary to notify the company by email to info@luxelodge.it before any action i taken. Luxelodge will instruct the custome on the return process.
The cost of the return is charged to the customer.

It is possible to return the goods by ordinary postal services or by booking the collection through Luxe Lodge, however information will be provided when the customer contacts Luxe Lodge in the first instance. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging and complete in all its parts (including any documentation, manuals cables etc ...) and include the original order invoice. The refund will be made within one week from the return of the goods to the warehouse in the conditions described above. The reimbursement will not include the costs of delivery or any other costs to return the product
